1. Digital Products Refund Policy
Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of downloadable digital content, all sales of Digital Products, toolkits, educational frameworks, and template downloads are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable once file access or download links have been delivered.
2. Statutory Waiver of Cancellation Rights (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers typically have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts.
However, by purchasing our Digital Products and agreeing to our terms at checkout, you:

3. Faulty or Corrupted Files
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a digital file you purchase is proven to be corrupted, broken, or defective, please contact us immediately at info@architecturalsovereignty.co.uk.
We will provide a repaired or replacement file free of charge within a reasonable timeframe. If the fault cannot be corrected, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
