My strategic pivot began in 2009. I realised that centralised institutions were increasingly failing to protect members of our society, individuals, families and communities. Through years of securing personal, parental and financial autonomy in the real world, I discovered the system's fundamental flaw: administrative authority only exists where a private jurisdiction has not been formally declared.

At Architectural Sovereignty, our mission goes far beyond personal defense. We provide a systemic cure for societal decay. Living Intestate

The system cannot manage millions of people individually, so it applies generic, default statutes to everyone.

In law, dying without a will is called being intestate. When this happens, the state presumes authority, takes over your estate and dictates where your assets go. This concept applies during your life, too.

Failing to formally document your own rules for how you wish to live makes you technically intestate while still alive. Because you have no expressed living will, the state treats you as if you are absent or already deceased—presuming authority over your life and making choices for you without your consent.
